Stylish Lines: Wearable maps big hit in Chicago fashion

Are you still looking for a unique holiday gift? Well how about a wearable map.
It may sound strange but it’s becoming a bigger trend.
People are now putting maps on bags, phones, shirts and skirts.
Places like Transit Tees in Chicago design and sell clothing highlighting Chicago maps.  They sell t-shirts with CTA rail lines, hoodies showing the rails in Illinois and even earrings highlighting Chicago’s streets.

And if you want to get really discrete and detailed, the website Monochome let’s you zoom in on any Chicago neighborhood to create a one of a kind skirt or shirt to show your hometown pride.
